Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If more than 7 days have passed since you received it, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Artworks and art prints are not returnable or refundable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused
In the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards
Artworks
Custom Framing
All art prints (framed or print only)
Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Newspapers or magazines or books
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item
Notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
Process your approved refund to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to process)
Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item:

Important shipping notes:

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over HK$500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
