Shipping Information

Thank you for visiting our store! We ship all orders from Hong Kong to the destinations listed at checkout. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Hong Kong

  • SF Express delivery, 2-3 working days (outlying islands may take a few more days): HK$30
  • Free delivery on orders of HK$300 or more
  • Framed prints ship within Hong Kong only. Overseas customers who would like a framed print, please email us to arrange it.

International

  • Tracked Shipping by Hongkong Post (e-Express+ or Speedpost). A tracking number is provided for every parcel. Delivery times depend on the destination, customs clearance and the local postal service, so we do not guarantee a delivery date. Expect longer delays during peak periods (November to February).
  • United States: shipped by courier, usually 2-7 working days.
  • Taiwan: shipped by SF Express, usually 5-7 working days. SF Express requires the recipient's Taiwanese ID number and a matching Chinese name. Shipping is free on orders over HK$1,500.
  • Mainland China and Macau: shipped by SF Express with freight collect (pay upon delivery). The recipient pays SF Express directly when the parcel arrives.
  • United Arab Emirates: Hongkong Post delivers to P.O. Box addresses only. Please provide a P.O. Box address, or contact us before ordering.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance procedures, and local postal service efficiency.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important Notice

All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

The amount of customs duties and taxes varies widely by country and type of product. We are unable to calculate these charges in advance. For more information about potential customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price to help avoid customs fees, as this is against international shipping regulations.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

  1. First, check the tracking information for any updates
  2. Contact the delivery carrier with your tracking number
  3. If you're unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact our customer service team at info@oddoneout.hk

Please note that Hongkong Post does not provide compensation or insurance for some destinations, including Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. We do not offer checkout shipping to these countries.

Shipping Restrictions & Other Destinations

Framed prints: framed items cannot be shipped overseas through checkout. If you would like a framed print delivered overseas, please email info@oddoneout.hk and we will arrange it case by case. Prints without a frame ("Print Only") ship worldwide.

Only the countries available at checkout can be ordered online. If your country is not listed, please email us at info@oddoneout.hk before ordering and we will arrange shipping and a quote case by case. Some destinations may not be possible due to carrier restrictions or international regulations.
