A Singaporean writer born into a family of fishball noodle hawkers in Malaysia and Singapore. She first discovered teishoku breakfasts while trekking in the Northern Alps and loves seeking out small eateries with handwritten menus.

Illustration & Design: Takako Masuki (@ASIAN_FOOD_DESIGN)
A Japanese graphic designer and illustrator based in Tokyo. She is a fan of convenience store cold soba dipping sauce, her mother’s chirashi sushi, Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, and nigorizake (cloudy sake).
